Here on an open space donated by the Perry family to the town where the warehouses once stood, you can get a panoramic view of Southport Harbor, Sasco Hill across the water, remnants of the old wharves and factories remodeled now into homes and clubs, and the three Perry brother houses across the street on what is now called Harbor Road.
